Active Ingredients: Each 5g of cream contains: | Magnesium (from Magnesium chloride hexahydrate) 179mg | Arnica montana (Arnica) flower tincture 500mg | From fresh flower 100mg | Contains: phenoxyethanol, sorbates, trolamine and 5.2% v/v alcohol.

Aturan pakai

Adults apply 5g (approx. 1 tsp) to the affected area(s) and massage gently until fully absorbed. 1 to 2 times daily, or as advised by your health professional.
