Active Ingredients: Each hard capsule contains Trigonella foenum-graecum (Fenugreek) ext. dry conc. 100 mg, from dry seed 2 g (2,000 mg).

Adults, take 1 hard capsule three times daily with water, with meals, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
