Active Ingredients: Each hard capsule contains Biotin 2.6 mg, Calcium ascorbate dihydrate 61 mg (equivalent to Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) 50 mg), Ferrous fumarate 15.5 mg (equivalent to Iron 5 mg), Colloidal anhydrous silica 86 mg (equivalent to Silicon 40 mg), Zinc gluconate 105 mg (equivalent to Zinc 15 mg), and Silybum marianum (Milk thistle) extract dry concentrate 14.29 mg from dry seed 1 g (1,000 mg).
